Description of the Barcelona vacation apartment rental
This modern and very quiet 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and terrace apartment located on a peaceful neighbourhood in
the centre of Barcelona is the best option for accommodation
of families with children, elderly and in general for people wishing to stay at the same time near to all the city
main areas and far of the old city noise.

It is an excellent base to visit and do shopping in Barcelona because it has easy access to buses, subway (Rocafort or Tarragona) and Railway (Barcelona Sants, the main railway station in Barcelona)

The apartment is very centred in Barcelona. At 250 meters there are the ?Gran Ví¡" the longest avenue in Barcelona where you can have a great walk to the old city or, in the opposite side, to Plaç¡ de Espanya and to Olympic facilities.

It is at 15-20 minute walking from Olympic facilities and from old town main areas (Plaç¡ de Catalunya, Les Rambles and Passeig de Grࣩa, the main commercial area of Barcelona) where you can go either in a few minutes by bus or subway.

On the other hand, it is 200 metres far of Parc de Joan Miró, ¡n ideal park for children.

Less than 1 km far there is Barcelona Sants, the main railway station of Barcelona were you can catch the train to most of the long and short distance destinations.

Restaurants, shops, market, supermarkets and parking are within walking distance. One of the medium surface facilities is open daily up to 01:00 hours

The apartment is on an actual second floor with elevator. It features central heating, air conditioning and a 15 square-meter terrace. It's very sunny (specially at sunset) and away from the street noise.

The apartment has an ample living room. Amenities include a TV, portable CD player/tape/radio.

The apartment has three bedrooms, the first one with a double bed (1.90 x 1.50 meters) and one exit to the terrace, de second one with a double bed (1.90 x 1.35 m) and the third one (the smallest one) with two single beds. There is a crib available.

The kitchen fully equipped has a seating area, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster and a lot of small kitchen appliances.

The main bathroom has a large bathtub with shower and bidet. The second bathroom has a small bathtub with shower.

Bath linen and bed linen are provided.

The apartment price (that includes the services consumption (water, power and natural gas) as well as the standard cleaning) is calculated taking into account the season, the stay?s number of nights and the number of guests.

The base price is quoted for a seven nights stay of one or two persons and the amount is 455, 700 or 850 euros for low, medium and high season respectively. The lower number of nights to be charged is four.

Each additional night costs 65, 70 or 80 euros more, depending on the season, and each additional guest 10 euros per night.

Low season is from January 8th to end of February. Medium season is from March 1st to June 15th and from September 16th to December 23rd and high season is from June 16th to September 15th and from December 24th to January 7th.

There is a reservation payment of 30% of the total price to be done at the moment of doing the reservation. This reservation payment isn?t refundable in case of no presentation and in case of cancel will be only refunded (deducted the bank cost) if the apartment is actually rented to other client during the same dates.

There is a 150 euros damage deposit to be returned when you leave the apartment (this damage deposit will be used to pay eventual damages to the apartment, to the amenities or to pay extra-cleaning if necessary).

The time for check-in is at your convenience from 13:00 hours but if the actual arrival time to the apartment is from 22:00 to 8:00 hours there is a 30 euros supplement to the landlord. Check-out time is 10:00 hours.

The renting is done under the Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos (in force in Spain) provisions for season renting.
