Really nice house with two gardens, perfect to enjoy with friends and family, garage for two cars, a spacious dinning-room of 45m2 with independent kitchen. Three bed rooms on the fist floor, one of them is suite, all of them are double rooms.
The 3rd floor is a great room for 4 people with two balconies with excellent views to the sea and the mountain.
It 's really close from the beach, in a very relaxing area. Can you imagine your holydays in a place like that?

Canet de Mar is a wonderful beach town located 50 km from Barcelona, known for its tranquillity and its important cultural heritage, with numerous and significant modernist buildings.
Very well connected to other locations by road and public transport, has a fantastic beach, as well as nudist beaches.
The house is located in a quiet area, beside the Church of Misericordia modernist. All services (bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacies ¦) are less than five minutes walk and the beach is 8 minutes. Nudist beaches are more protected from the eyes, it must go by car, but there are only 5 minutes.

Canet de Mar is a wonderful beach town located 50 km from Barcelona, known for its tranquillity and its important cultural heritage, with numerous and significant modernist buildings.
It's a quiet town, but not sleepy, there are a lot of restaurants (fresh fish restaurant!!!) very close, and bars.
Very well connected with other locations by road and public transport, has a fantastic beach, as well as nudist beaches.
There are two importants golf clubs at less that 10minutes by car, and a horse club at 5 minutes.
