Description of the Bartlett vacation condo rental

Condo has magnificent views of the Presidential range and is located off Rt. 16 about a mile from Storyland. Spacious great room with wood stove and bay windows that face Mt. Washington is a great place to end a fun-filled day of skiing - we are only 10 - 15 minutes from Mt. Cranmore, Attitash/Bear Peak and Black Mt, 40 minutes to Brenton Woods. In season golf is available (for a nominal fee) at our private 9-hole par 3 course and you can also enjoy the outdoor pool and tennis courts at the Linderhof Counry Club (May through October). Minutes to shopping outlets in North Conwaay. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Condo has a fully equipped kitchen, built-in dining area and glass sliders to patio with grill. Caable TVs in LR and BR.

This place is very clean, well cared for and cozy. The location is excellent too, very close to all the shops and attractions North Conway has to offer but secluded enough for some peace and quiet. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that there was construction going on at the condo across the way and the crews were right outside the bedroom window at 6am! (Totally no reflection on the condo itself but it was not pleasant to wake up to!) Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone, very nice!

This was our 2nd year in a row of renting this condo which just makes you feet at home. This Condo was very clean and you never got the dirty feeling that you may get at a hotel/motel. It has everything you would need, a fantastic location to alot of great places to see and thiings to do. A great place for grand children. We sat around the dining room table and played games and talked and save a little money just by eating at home. This is the best way to vacation!!!!

I truly enjoyed being back to the White Mountains after a 12 year absence. The main things I enjoyed about this condo was first great communication with owner, allowed to bring my furry companion, and the place was well equipped and clean. I truly was surprised at how well equipped it was. Have rented before and always needed to bring up my own supplies. My only regret is that we did not stay longer. Looking over calendar for another trip.

Cozy,well maintained condo with a beautiful view

Very nice condo with a great view of Mt. Washington . Just bring a change of clothes , your favorite food and drinks because this place has everything you will need. There was a wood stove but we didn't use it. A washer and dryer came in handy after a day of sledding . The master bed was very comfortable and the master shower has plenty of pressure. The nicest part of our stay was that we could bring our four-legged family members . The location of our condo was near some great restaurants , two of which were open on Christmas Eve. Would come back again next year.

The condo was in a great location, and very well stocked. A great place for a weekend stay near the mountains. Pull-out couch was a bit stiff, but layout and room for a party of six was great.

My family of 4 stayed at the condo in July. We didn't spend much time in the condo since we were enjoying the scenery and outdoor activities but the condo was nice, great view, plenty of room to eat and relax. We didn't go to the country club to swim since it was further away than we liked. We thought it would be close to the condo but was off site probably a mile away. Beds not too comfy but can't complain given the great price and communication from the owner. We even for an extra day added very last minute for a great price. Overall great experience!

We really enjoy the place and the excelent view that this condo has, and did not have to go out we could see it from the TV room window. This must be a nice place to watch the snow in the winter months. We relaxed by the fire place and were impressed, can not wait to go back.

We love d thé Condo exception for one thing, Thérèse is nô outdoor terasse. We were either inodores or on thé lawn whist is fine but a patio would havé bene perfection.
