Description of the Bartlett vacation condo rental

ABSOLUTELY NO SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTALS.

Weekly rentals are FRIDAY TO FRIDAY or SUNDAY TO SUNDAY.

**$60 cleaning fee applies to all rentals.

Relax on our deck or in one of our Adirondack rocking chairs as you overlook Crawford Pond.

Our immaculate 2 level family condo features a fully equipped kitchen, wood stove, and outdoor fireplace. Main level had 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and 1 full bath. Upper level loft bedroom has 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and a set of bunk beds, with skylight & bath with shower. Great for families -- lower level for parents, upper level for kids!

Seasonal Rental: Jan 4 - March 31: $4900 +heat/electricity. Includes phone, basic cable, plowing.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE HOME OR ON THE PREMISES.

The home sits right on Crawford Pond (sorry, no swimming in the pond), and is very close to Route 302. The Saco River is about a 5 minute walk -- good swimming is about a 5 minute drive. The area is very peaceful, private, and quiet. Attitash is only a mile away and Storyland is 4 miles away. Outlet shopping is 10 minutes away and Bretton Woods, Wildcat, and Cranmore, are 15-30 minute rides. Good restaurants are within a couple of miles.

1 mile from Attitash, where you can ski in the winter, waterslide and tube in the summer. 10 minutes to North Conway and Mt. Cranmore (skiing). Walk across the street to the Saco River for fun summer swimming. The house is located in a wooded area, so your kids will enjoy "exploring" and viewing the local moose who like to drink from our pond. Also, there is a large grassy area across from the house -- perfect for ballgames and picnics. Swimming in the Saco or Echo Lake is just a 5 minute ride away. iDock stereo for your iPod.

• Check Out: 10 a.m.
   
• Required Stay: 3 night minimum required. 5 nights during peak season and holidays. We rent Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday.
   
• Deposits: $150 security deposit required, which will be returned to you within 30 days. 50% deposit required to reserve the rental. Balance due within 30 days of stay. If reservation made within 30 days of stay, entire amount due.
   
• Other Fees: $60 cleaning fee required for all stays. 8% NH Room Tax required of all stays. Dogs: add $15 per night/$90 per week. Only one dog per group allowed. No cats.

We very much enjoyed staying in this clean, comfortable condo with its beautiful setting right on the pond. It was great for the kids, who enjoyed the ducks in the pond and the many hummingbird sightings! Very conveniently located, well-equipped, and comfortable - wish we could have stayed longer!
