Relax on our deck as you overlook Crawford Pond.
Our immaculate 2 level family condo features a fully equipped kitchen, wood stove, and outdoor fire pit (summer/fall). Main level had 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and 1 full bath. Upper level loft bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 full bed, with skylight & bath with shower. Great for families -- lower level for parents, upper level for kids!
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE HOME OR ON THE PREMISES.

Beautiful and peaceful!

We had a fantastic stay here. We stayed in May so there were no tourists and no bugs! The house was CLEAN, comfortable and had everything we needed. The back yard and pond were perfect for entertaining my two children.The house is also equip to handle small children! Bartlett is close to everything making it easy to either go into North Conway, Jackson, the Kangamangus or shoot up to Mt. Washington. We loved our stay and will be back!

Thanks, Jonna. So glad you had a nice time! Our house *is* especially comfortable for families with young children. You don't need to lug your own crib, pack n play, stroller, hiking carrier, booster seat, etc., as being parents of 3 young kiddos, we have it all in the house!

Great getaway for one or two families. Cute, comfortable, clean condo in peaceful area. Easy access to Story Land, North Conway, Attitash. Pond fun for kids to skip rocks and area to play outdoors. Grill perfect for cooking out and relaxing on deck and by fire pit.

We very much enjoyed staying in this clean, comfortable condo with its beautiful setting right on the pond. It was great for the kids, who enjoyed the ducks in the pond and the many hummingbird sightings! Very conveniently located, well-equipped, and comfortable - wish we could have stayed longer!

If you love the following, you MUST rent this quaint cottage by the lake: 1.) Excellent skiing, incredibly close by 2.) Comfortable queen size bed in a perfectly decorated bedroom 3.) A cozy family room with a wood burning stove. big screen TV, view of a pristine lake, and soft couches 4.) A kitchen that has everything you would ever need when preparing a meal or hosting a group of friends 5.) Beautiful original artwork on the walls, apparently painted by the owner 6.) Closeby access to mountains, quaint towns, trails, water, roller coasters, and DELICIOUS FOOD 7.) Peace. Simply, this place has an immediate calming effect on us as soon as we entered. It was a weekend paradise and retreat...a home away from home without it feeling like your home, but still A home. It is one of those places you will need to experience to believe the above list. It brought great amounts of joy to myself and my girlfriend on a weekend ski trip away from Cambridge. We came back refreshed, relaxed, and affirmed with the joyous knowledge that places like Birch Haven exist and we were lucky to have experienced her beauty.

This was an ideal place to stay with three kids. It enabled us to save some money on a hotel stay while gaining some elbow room. I had never vacationed like this and so was a bit unprepared as to what I would or wouldn't need. It was EXTREMELY helpful to have "the amenities of home" since we were traveling with a 10 month old (ie, high chair, crib, etc.) The ease to rent/ communication made it ideal, and we would recommend this place to friends. I thoroughly enjoyed the view and peaceful setting, and the kids loved the hammock. :)
