Write a review My Family and I had a wonderfull and relaxing time. We are going to make this a Family tradition every year. Thanks Denise, You made it very easy for us.We are very greatfull to you and Rob. My friends and I have rented a cabin in the Conway area for 3 years now and I would have to say this is one of the most cozy places we have stayed. The house was very comfortable and we were able to find a great hill for sledding right down the street. Rob and Denise were a pleasure to work with and we are working on planning a second visit to this house. I would recommend this house to anyone whether they are traveling with a family or a group of friends! Thanks Rob and Denise! The four of us really enjoyed the location, the house was cozy and perfect for our needs. Thanks. We had a wonderful three days at your cozy cottage - everything we could possibly need was there to make our stay comfortable. The pellet stove was incredibly efficient - so much better than our wood stove! And the fresh snow gave us a little taste of winter. Thank you Denise and Rob. The near by hiking trail is terrific! Very steep at times, but my 6 year old made it to the top of her first mountain! Great views from up there. We took advantage of the rafts kept in the basement and had great fun on the river. Very close to all the attractions. A ping pong table for rainy days. Plenty of sleeping space. Really a great vacation. my family and i really enjoyed the quiet and spaceous home! it was so needed and this was the perfect place to do just that, it was a home away from home. it had everything you needed to feel the comforts of your own home. i had felt like i had been there 100x before i was so comfortable. thanx again and i would recommend this place! This is our second time staying at this home and we love it! it's super convenient to all of the attractions we wanted to experience (Story Land, Downtown North Conway, hiking trails, beach). We had a great time! We arrived the house in a late raining night. Thanks to the clear direction from the owner, we had no trouble to find the place in the quiet dark night. And the place is better than we had expected. There are TVs in both the living room and the master bedroom. the Sofa are very comfortable. everything is as what is stated as the landlord told us. The scene outside the house is beautiful. it's a very nice place for people to go and get rest by experiencing the senerity of the nature. the reason I give only 4 star not 5, is that, I found there wass no paper tower and bathroom paper inside the house, no bathroom soup, after the thorough search. I think the landlord shall at least let the guest know this ahead of time. And also the place can be made a bit cleaner. But overall speaking, we were very happy in our stay. I would recommend it. We were very pleased overall with our stay here. The master bed was soooo comfortable! It was actually really hot during our stay so we didn't get to use the pellet stove (oh, darn!), but maybe we can come back during ski season. This is so convenient for Storyland and the many other attractions the white mountains have to offer. Thanks!!! My family and I very much enjoyed our time spent at this rental home! It is cozy and has all the amenities of home... We will be back next year! Nice house in a very quite neighberhood. This was an excellent value. The beach on the river was great for the kids. Location was convenient to area attractions. We would definately stay again. Had a great time, the house was very nice. The area was quite. Lots of things to do in the area. That is very cozy house. Very good location to the storyland. We are very satisfied with everything, such as size, location, environment,and service. We all love it. We will be back! Great rates, Great location, Great service!!!!!! We had a great time visiting storyland. There was so much space next year I will have more family members join us for a vacation. Sharing a house like that will keep the family close I can't wait! We loved it! Very quiet, very pretty. The trails and river were beautiful and the house is lovely. Great size and good location. I loved the deck and sliding glass doors. We all had a great time!!! It was very spacious and comfortable. Perfectly located in the middle of everything. I will be back. Great place for a winter or summer getaway. Very cozy and quiet, lots to do. We'll be back again comfortable home, very quiet area near beach and hiking, close to area attractions. New furniture, beds, and country kitchen. We will be back! Thank you!

Hi Denise, We all had a great time and yes the weather was perfect!! We did alot of outdoorsy things: went into Jackson (farmers market, Jackson Falls), also went to Glen Ellis Falls, we took the auto road up Mount Washington (fantastic views!), stopped at Wild Cat mountain where the kids rode the Zip Line ( they loved that!), walked a few times down to the Saco River and beach area. Before we left we stopped in North Conway to shop at Aeropostals (for both my daughters :o), and Lids where Brendan bought a couple of Red Sox ball caps. Your place was a nice place to stay - thanks for allowing us to stay there and we would like to go back again in the future. The kids now want a ping pong table, that was their favorite part of the house - many matches were played downstairs! Maybe we will get them one for Christmas - again thanks so much and its been a pleasure working with you and arranging our trip :o) Karen

We had the best time at your place! I can't say enough great things about it. It is in a great location. Nice quiet neighborhood. We were so comfortable. With 4 adults and 4 kids, we had plenty of room throughout. Plenty of hot water for showers. It is nicely decorated too. We really treated it as if it were our own. We cooked every night, played games and cards, watched movies, played pingpong.

We loved the master bedroom. The tv/sitting area was a great bonus! The king size bed was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 toddlers. That was the first time the 4 our us got to sleep together :-)

We spent a nice relaxing day down at the private beach. (What a great view!) And we also had a fantastic time at Storyland.

We hope you keep renting! We'd love to stay at your place again next year!

We had a great weekend. The house was in the perfect location and we even saw a black bear in the driveway. Very exciting!!

The house was nice. Good size, loved the wrap around porch. Thank you for opening up your house to us. Our girls now find New Hampshire one of their favorite places to visit.

WOW!!!!! When can we have it again? We had such a great time. The house is great, so cozy. We just relaxed, cooked out, played games, it was just what we needed. We definatley want to go up again, maybe at the end of September. I also told my parents about it, they were interested in possibley renting the house for Thanksgiving, if it was open. There would be only 6 of us and a baby. Do the rates go up toward ski season? Oh, what a great town to just drive around and explore. We found a great spot down some road and just hung out in the river. Well, thanks so much for letting us use your place, let me know about future openings and rates.
