Description of the Bartlett vacation home rental

Luxury home rental home, ideal for two families, is 6 years old & is a ski in/walk out set up 1000’ high on Attitash Ski area. Full description and album of pictures available upon request. The ground level/1st floor, has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed, and another bedroom (2nd) w/ 2 sets of bunk beds, full bath,living area w/ TV/VCR/DVD, laundry room, & full pull-out sofa bed. The entrance from the garage comes into this living area. The main floor/2nd floor, has a living area w/LCD TV/VCR/DVD, gas fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen & dining area and a (3rd) bedroom w/ a pull out queen sofa bed, 15” LCD/DVD TV, full bath,&(4th) bedroom/ski room with a full futon & entrance from the ski trail. The 3rd floor has a loft area w/ a twin sleeper & master (5th) bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom & TV/DVD. There’s a private 6-7 person Jacuzzi on the 450 sq. ft. deck. Towels, linens, taxes & cleaning are included. We have wireless high speed internet. As our guest you have full use of the Attitash Sports Club facilities w/ indoor pool and X-C skiing.

Q:Is the home on Attitash Ski Area?

A:Yes. The home is located 100 yards off of the Ammonoosuc Ski Trail in a private association on Attitash Ski Area. You ski into the back door to the home via a private trail attached to the ski trail. You then and walk down our driveway to a trail that attaches to the ski trail This is a ski in/walk out set up.

Q:Is there cross country skiing?

A:Yes. Cross country skiing is included as part of the rental fee. We have an agreement with Bear Notch Touring Center.

Q:What makes your vacation rental special?

A:1.) The home has 3 floors, 5 bedrooms, 3 baths with 4 separate living area's making it ideal for 2 families. 2.) The home has a private 7-8 person hot tub on the deck with incredible views. 3.) The elevation is 1,000 feet so you have 180 degree mountain views of the Valley. 4.) Winter - Ski in/ski out with X-Country skiing included. Summer - Storyland is 4.1 miles down the road with endless activities in the area during the summer months.
