This large, three bedroom, end unit located just off RT 16, is just a couple of minutes drive to North Conway Village. Attractions such as Storyland, Attitash and Wildcat are within easy reach.

Kayak/canoe the Saco River, climb the Moats or Mt. Washington, ski a variety of slopes, shop the outlets, or simply walk/cross-country ski/snowshoe the 50 acres of paths in your own backyard!

Whichever activities you choose, come back and relax on the balcony enjoying the views of Cathedral and White Horse Ledge. During dinner, converse around the pub style table with seating for twelve. End your day by a cozy fire or stargazing on the balcony.

The townhouse is located just beyond the Scenic Vista on Route 16. It is nestled into the valley with beautiful views of the Moat Mountains and Cathedral Ledge. From the sliding doors, a huge field leads to the Mt. Washington Valley cross-country ski trails. Views of Mt. Washington can be seen in the field.

Many fine dining experiences are within walking distance although family fare is also in abundance. Most restaurants offer take-out menus.

The area is loaded with activities. Hiking opportunities abound for families with small children to the experienced hiker looking for a challenge. Young families may enjoy Diana's Bath while others may look toward Chocorua. In the summertime, everyone enjoys a dip in Swift River along the Kancamangus or tubing on the Saco (about a mile to a nice drop in spot). In the winter, Cranmore (less than a mile away) offers family fun with skiing, tubing and special events every weekend. About 10 miles away, Attitash/Bear Peak offers skiing for all levels. A bit further, but worth the 30 minute drive, sits Wildcat Mountain.

For those less interested in hiking, biking, skiing, kayaking, tubing, skating,etc., the outlets continue to grow. From JJill to Old Navy to LL Bean and Brookstone, there is something for everyone!
