Our ideal 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 1650 square foot townhouse is located in Crawford Hills in Bartlett, NH, USA. The home is private, convenient and comfortably settled amongst the woods of the White Mountain Nation Forest.

Perfect for a family vacation, reunion, or a weekend getaway to enjoy the areas many attractions.

**Main Level: Main entry & mud room w full closet, living room, kitchen & living area, fireplace, sliding doors out to 37'x37' deck w Gas Grill & Adirondack chairs, full bathroom, Bedroom 1 (2 bunk beds, sleeps 4).

**Upper Level: bedroom #2 (Queen bed, sleeps 2), bedroom #3 (Full bed with single bed overhead, single bed is removable, room sleeps 3), bedroom #4 (Full bed with single bed overhead, single bed is removable, room sleeps 3).

**Lower Level: Washer & Dryer & unfinished open space (perfect for kids).

Required Stay: 2 night minimum (6 nights during school vacation weeks), contact us to discuss flexibility
Lodging Tax: 8%
Deposits: 50% required to hold your reservation, remaining balance due 30 days prior to check in.
Other Fees: The $250 security deposit is fully refundable with return of key and compliance of rental contract.

Recentely stayed at this property with my family and we had the best vacation ever. The house was amazing, on the white mountains, near Story land and other attractions. The children loved it so much they did not want to leave. We plan to go back next year. Totally recommend it. the place is peaceful and quite. However, is not to far from all attractions, mall, and restaurants.
