The 2 room apartment, located 5 miles south of Tel-Aviv on the Bat-Yam Tayelet (Promenade), offers access to the beach and sea-view. It is fully furnished and equipped, including double bedroom, living room that can be converted into a second bedroom, bathroom (bathtub/shower, toilet), kitchenette (with microwave oven, toaster oven, double range electrical plate, refrigirator, dishes and pots), dining area, balcony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, large 32" LCD cable TV & Internet access, air conditioning; free parking; park; playground next to the aptartment building.

Colony Beach Resort has its own indoor swimming pool (heated November - April), small pool for children in the summer, sauna, gym, parking and direct access to the beach. The apartment is located on 9th floor in "Colony Beach", a seaside resort on the Tayelet (promenade) of Bat-Yam, surrounded by palm trees and flowers, just minutes from Tel-Aviv, less than an hour from Jerusalem.
