In a completely new 21 floors the most fancy tower in Bat-Yam located in the front line of the beautiful beach of Bat-Yam, on the 20th floor a 5 room apartment, 125m² fully equipped and furnished. Open view from all sides.
The tower is located 30m form the beach, 2 fast elevators, workout gym, 24/7 security watch in the lobby, under-ground parking place.
Ideal for family with kids.

Area Information

The building is located on the main esplanade of Bat-Yam. Bat-Yam is known with its beautiful sea and beautiful beaches. Along the long esplanade which is in front of the tower there are a lot of restaurants, the open amphitheater of Bat-Yam and other interesting sites.
The location is about 2Km from the old city of Jaffa and about 4.5Km from Tel-Aviv. The roads are excellent and to go from the tower to Jaffa and or Tel-Aviv takes less than 10min by car.

A Wonderful Experience

December 20, 2012

This apartment was perfect for our visit in Israel. The views were inspiring and the sunsets beautiful. Even the view of Bat Yam from the bathroom is something to talk about. This apartment is comfortable, well taken care of and we were able to feel very much at home. Our children loved it and are ready to come back. The owner is flexible, friendly and ready to help out if anything is needed. Anyone who comes here will enjoy the stay. We won't forget it.

You feel like you are on the upper deck of a cruiseliner. And the see is all around. You hear the rythm of the waves of the sweet Mediterranean Sea. And there is always a breeze that makes the apartment cool.
