Full kitchen with all amenities with new gas stove, washer and dryer included. Full bathroom with tub enclosure and shower. Large deck for sunset views amid the trees. On the Tidal New Meadows river which is easy access to open ocean. Osprey and Eagle nest within sight. Very close to Sea Spray kayak rentals and marina boat rentals.

West Bath on New Meadows river, marina nearby and boat landing. Just minutes from Route 1 and quick access to Brunswick or Wiscasset. Quick waterfront access to Cundy's Harbor, Sebasco and numerous coves and inlets.
