Description of the Bavaro vacation villa rental

This spacious villa is ideal for large families or friends traveling together. With 3 complete bedrooms and 3 complete bathroom. This beautiful villa is situated in the gated residential Cocotal Golf & Country Club with a beautiful view on the golf course. The villa is completely furnished.

Restaurants and bars are in the direct neighbourhood. At only a few minutes you find the Palma Real shopping center with the Hard Rock cafe, Tony Roma´s among other restaurant and stores. Approx 8 minutes driving you also find San Juan shopping center with many shops and restaurants like Chef Pepper and Pizza Hut.

Owners and visitor of the Cocotal residence have access to Gabi Beach which is part of the Melia Resort in front of the residence (approx 10 minutes walking distance). In the residential there is a club house with commun swimming pool, childrens pool, play ground, restaurant and pool bar.
