Description of the Beach Haven Crest vacation home rental
We no longer rent for prom groups.

We book for Wedding Stays, Reunions, Milestone Events, Bachelorette Party Weekends, Bring your own Retreats or do ours, Business Meetings, I also have access to more homes on our block if your group wants to stay all together.

Drop your bags and grab a chair, towel and lotion and hit the beach! This house is steps away from the white sands of relaxation. You will be 3rd from the beach so lunch breaks and a pit stop are no problem for you and the little ones. When the kids need a nap, hit the forth floor deck with a magazine hop in the Hot Tub and watch the beach with ease. The Ocean side of house has Ocean Views from all floors.

The new Hickory kitchen invites you to cook up a grand meal, while still being in the thick of it with the open floor plan of the kitchen/dining/living room area. It is has been a long day at the beach, order take out from the several surrounding eateries, and entertain with style, and ease while hanging out with the gang. The Oversized Dining Table Island can be used for extra meal preparation, along with dining. The island is also equipped to hold your bottled wines, mixers, and hanging glasses for a great cocktail party. The living room has a wrap around couch that has a (Full) pull out and a pop up table to eat at if you’re not into sitting with a party and need a break from the “cafeteria” island mayhem. There is a TV up on the wall and a DVD player in the built in entertainment center, with room for your game system. The large windows in the front and side of the house allow you to keep in touch on who is coming and going and what the waves are looking like for the day ahead while grabbing a bite.

The first floor has 3 bedrooms with 2 queens and a bunk bed set. The bathroom has handicapped rails on the walls for our elders to get around with ease and security, the stand up shower has a seat and handrails in it also for a safer entry. The toilet is a high boy for the adult comfort. The antique sink will make them chuckle, like it did my Dad, bringing back the past décor of yester years. The pantry allows a quick unload and go after food shopping, and has a stocked cleaning closet of tools when you need a fast pick up before guests arrive, or departure. There is a mudroom for extra clean up needs after a big dinner prep.

Heading up the open staircase to the second floor you are hit with the rays of sun that warm you to your toes. This Living room has huge windows that open the whole room up to the street and the beach for a birds eye view. For your get away from the first floor there’s a rocker for the Moms who need to lull those babies to sleep, coffee table, puzzle table, 2(Queen) pull out couches, and a entertainment center with a TV/DVD. The second floor bathroom has a tub/shower for babies and adults, and the high boy toilet.

The second floor bedrooms consist of one large bedroom with stain glass doors that is off the living room, this has a sitting room with a table and 4 chairs to look out bay windows with grand views of the beach and a King size bed. The next room has a queen size bed. Bedding is not included in rent, but you are able to rent it from us for a fee.

Looking for a new spot to see the sights? Then a quick sprint out the outside steps up to the “Grand Ole Roof Top Deck” for the Happy Hour in Heaven. This fourth floor spacious deck sets you high above the rest of the homes; you have a panoramic view for miles of the never resting ocean, beautiful homes, and twinkling skyline. There is nothing like a amber sunset with the rolling waves to set the tone for a romantic night. On the Fourth of July there is no need to go anywhere else to fight the crowds because you can see all the fireworks being set off in the surrounding towns. On clear days the bridge, AC, and the Bay’s Islands are visible by the naked eye. Deck is during daylight hours and until 10pm for consideration of owners.

In Front of the Bay window in the first floor living room there is a nice garden with bird feeders to attract the for those who miss their flock while on vacation. In the front yard you will have 2 parking spots, with 3 spots available up the side alley. If you need more parking you can park in front of home on certain days or at the end of the block.

The back part of the second floor and third floor is locked out for the Property Managements Quarters, Owner is a Year Round Tenant, it has its own entrance, and the far right 2 parking spots next to fence are reserved for the property manager.

When renting if there are any questions or issues you have the property manager at your fingertips. They can guide you to the best deals in town, and great eateries. Bedding is available for a fee. We have 2 teen daughters able to babysit also, if you are comfortable with them watching your little ones for a break.

Great House

June 13, 2011

Me and my friends stayed in this house for 3 days and we had a blast. The beach is really close to the house, much closer than the pictures make it seem, and the house itself was a great place to spend the evenings in. It was very comfortable and roomy, even with all the beds filled. Nothing topped the rooftop hot tub though, the view from up top is great and it made my weekend much more enjoyable. The owners are really cool, and I am definitely considering coming back again next year.

Great Time at the Beach This property has it all. Panoramic views from the roof deck or the street side balcony. Not beachfront, but just steps to the beach. The owners are friendly and accommodating, and no one knows the island better, so insiders advice on what to do/where to go is always available. When we stayed we felt like we were home, very comfortable. All the amenities are there, and since everything is virtually new, no problems.
A truly classic NJ beach vacation. By Paul Kiss, Pennington NJ

Awesome home in a perfect beach side location The owners were very friendly and accommodating for a rather large group of teenagers celebrating their prom. The home was as described, with ample room for dining, relaxing as well as sleeping. The views are stunning and location was top notch. An outside shower is an added perk.
We will definately book again, when the next one comes of age.

Ladies Labor Day Weekend
I stayed at this house over labor day weekend w a big group of my girlfriends. The house is very large and more than accommodates sleeping for a big group - all 15 of us were very comfortable the whole weekend. The location of the house is amazing, you are within seconds from the beach. Also the house has a great roof deck, we enjoyed the sunset everyday from up top.

Mary ann and Tom were very helpful with getting us situated in the house upon arrival. Overall we had a great experience renting with them. The weekend was a total success and a great way to end the summer.

· By weekendfun from Stamford on 9/9/2010 for a stay in 9/1/2010

Absolutely wonderful!
From first contact through our arrival back home, Tom and Mary ann were most accommodating, willing to consider alternate arrival and departure times.
Our extended family vacation included my Oxygen dependent mother, and Mary ann escorted me to reserve a (free) beach wheel chair for her.
Everything in the description was true, but it just doesn't accurately reflect how amply the kitchen and entertainment areas are stocked.
The location is perfect; there are restaurants and shops to walk to, but you are not in the noisy commercial part of the island.
The lifeguarded beach is clean and just steps away; no problem getting the young and old back to the house for snacks or potty breaks.

relaxing fun at the beach
Our extended family of husband, 2 sons and wives and 4 grandsons-10,6,5,and 4 yrs. old had a wonderful time. there was plenty of room for different groups to gather in different parts of the house and a giant size kitchen bar-table combo that allowed us to all eat together. the beds were comfortable and clean. The house is just a short walk to the beach which was great for the kids coming back to use the bathroom! All ages from graandparents to little ones had a wonderful time. I recommend this house for family or friends to share for a great beach adventure at LBI!

"Heaven on Earth"
This beach home is spacious, and housed our group of twelve adults comfortably. Every room was private and clean.
The kitchen is huge and well equipped with for any needs for cooking. The beach is beyond words, and lulls you to sleep each night. We all will certainly return again.

· By Barry & Maxine from Wallingford, Ct on 8/11/2010 for a stay in 5/1/2010

This house is fabulous!
This house is in excellent condition and the table seats over 20 people! We loved it! It's only three houses down from the beach!

· By The Bargain Shopper Lady from Connecticut on 8/10/2010 for a stay in 6/1/2010

Beautiful stay at a beautiful beach
Tom and Mary ann greeted us on our arrival even though we were early, and everything went well from there. From the beautiful guarded beach just a few feet away, clear sparkling water more reminiscent of the caribbean than the Jersey Shore. handy when needed and out of sight when not they made sure we had all we needed. Don't forget the fun decorations the highest porch commanding a wonderful view, available chairs rafts and umbrellas... A great place at a great value...

· By Martin from Garnet Valley PA on 7/13/2010 for a stay in 6/1/2010

Family vacation at its best!
This is a great family vacation location. The beach is so close that even bathroom breaks are easy. The kitchen is fantastic and it allowed us to save a lot of money by eating in. The kitchen table will comfortably seat 16! The bedrooms are very comfortable and the view from the master bedroom (king sized bed) is beautiful.

We will return next year!

· By LBI from Hebron ,Connecticut on 6/25/2010 for a stay in 6/1/2010

We were able to use the owners teen daughters for babysitting and get a night out nearby it was great! The kids loved them! Ann

This house is such a fun house to entertain in. Each floor has a living room which allow you to have adults on one, and kids on another, when you need it. The rooftop deck is another great place to escape from the crowd read a book, or to see the sun/rise/set. We have had large groups come for dinner and had wonderful times. There is ample parking in yard, and plenty down the street if you are having a more company. The house is very comfortable for all ages, and rooms are a decent size. The location is great for everyone, many things to do by foot, or bike nearby. Christine
