The house was infested with ants. Everywhere! Bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dinning area actually dinning room table,chairs, sofa. The house had not been cleaned from prior tennant, very dirty,had to vacuum everything befor unpacking, could not run AC's until we cleaned filters, plumbing problem with kitchen sink. No doorknob on bathroom door, 4yr. old got stuck in bathroom. Over all not a good experience with this rental. Reported it to Real Estate agent at G Anderson. I really feel we should have been compensated somehow for this. Only thing I can say is that they did get an exterminator out for the ant problem, but should have been taken care of at the beginning of season. Exterminator told us he had been there before, but not this season.
