You will enjoy relaxing in our recently built luxurious three bedroom, two and a half bath home with brand new furnishings that reflect the tasteful Vail/Beaver Creek mountain community lifestyle.

When you enter our duplex home, you will be surrounded with floor to ceiling windows that provide plenty of sunshine and expansive views of the mountains and the Sonnenalp at Vail Golf Course.

The living area features 18 feet high cathedral ceilings and ceiling fans, leather furniture and an oversize television, DVD and VCR. The living room is joined by an open gourmet eat-in kitchen and a formal dining room that leads to the deck overlooking the first fairway.

The kitchen has state of the art appliances, granite countertops and all essential cookware, serving items, dishes and utensils included. The entire first floor living space provides a warm and cozy feeling with the oversized gas fireplace.

The master bedroom has vaulted ceilings and a balcony that overlooks Arrowhead/Beaver Creek. Relax and enjoy the sunny views from the comfortable deck chairs. All three bedrooms have new, deluxe designer beds with high-end furniture to match. (Master bedroom has a king, second bedroom has a queen and the third bedroom has two twins.) All bedrooms and two baths are on the second floor. Comforters, blankets, pillows, linens and towels are of the finest quality.

There is a laundry room that has a full size washer and dryer and is located on the main floor along with a separate powder room. There is an oversize attached garage that will hold all of your golf clubs, mountain bikes, snowboards, skis, boots, etc. No smoking and no pets.
