We own a condo at the beach & enjoy trading with the owner of this one on a regular basis. The trades are handled very professionally & without a hitch. We came here first on our honeymoon, & hope to be able to keep coming here until we retire! It was a great & romantic place when we were just a couple, but now the kids love just as well. We wholeheartedly recommend it for all ages & all times of the year. Each season is different. More snow than anywhere in the South in winter, coolest temperatures you will find this far south due to the elevation in summer, great fall colors, & wildflowers & festivals to enjoy in spring. Easy to get to, as it is just off the main parkway, & quiet & private but still in walking distance to anywhere you want to go for food & fun.

When I bought this condo, it was with people like you in mind. I wanted a place where young couples could come & enjoy, & then bring their families, & finally enjoy it into retirement, just as I hope to do. My parents enjoyed coming there, I certain do myself, & my brother & his kids really like it, too, as do my friends, clients, etc. It truly is a unique place that I was fortunate to find. I own vacation places all over the country, & I'll have to say this is certainly one of my favorites places to go & stay. Even more, I enjoy having others build their own special memories there that will last a lifetime.

We are a retired couple & look for places to relax, & enjoy the sounds of nature. This place certainly fits the bill. We've been coming to this area for awhile now, & love all of the things to see & do here. Each time we stay, we come for a longer period, as there is always something else we want to see. The owner caters to his guests & has someone available 24 hours a day to take care of any problems that come up. So far we haven't had any!

Well-worth the money! While we had several people quote us lower rates, none had nearly the comfort or amenities of this place, nor were they in as good shape. We visited several accommodations on the mountain while we were there, including others advertised on this website, & most were very disappointing in a number of ways. You get what you pay for, & we were most satisfied with what we got for our money here. The accommodations were clean & fresh. Since pets & smokers aren't allowed, it was good to walk into such a pleasant atmosphere after our beautiful drive up the mountain.

You make a great point about rates. I don't try to disparage other rentals but I do try to make sure mine is in tiptop shape. The fact that I don't charge any high taxes or other fees makes it as affordable as anything in the area or even in other resort areas. I also offer, as you know, great discounts for off-season time & for longer stays. About the only time that rates aren't discounted are choice holiday prime peak snow ski weekends, which are always in heavy demand. Feel free to email me for any special rates I may have going. This is not a business to me, but a hobby. I enjoy making people like you happy & having them return as friends regularly.

This was the best place we've stayed since we've been taking mountain vacations. Adjacent to the slopes & the amenities are fantastic. We've never stayed in a place that was better equipped for pleasure. It is certainly just like a resort within a resort town. We will definitely be coming back, as the owner is a good Christian man & takes great care of his guests. No shortage of things to do but the peace & quiet is very welcome, in contrast to our normally busy lives.

We were pleasantly surprised upon our arrival. Our kids loved it. Plenty of things to do for all ages, all within walking distance. Free shuttle bus that takes you anywhere you want to go as well. The fireplace is nice & cozy. The view is just as described & really does take your breath away. In fact, this villa has the best view we found in the whole area! This was as close as we could find to heaven on earth!

This place is truly as advertised. We had a wonderful time there. The accommodations were very comfortable & are convenient to everything in the area. You certainly won't go wrong with this one. We stay all over the country & will be coming back as regular, repeat guests. The hosts treats you like royalty.

Beach mountain is wonderful - a lot to do and great access to other mountian towns. The views from this condo are hard to belive. The extras are an indoor pool, and everything else (tennis, steam room, etc. etc.) Location is everthing and this condo certainly has a great location.
