Two spacious apartments, completely renovated in 2008! We are only 100 m from the lake! We are in central position, within walking distance from the tip spartivento, (the point that divides the Lake of Como in three branches), from the Villa Serbelloni and the Villa Melzi! Very close to all services and transports: in addition to shops and boutiques, fine restaurants, pizzerias, local tasting ... and also the internet point, the spa and all that you need to have a beautiful holiday in Bellagio! ! Less than 1 km, there are swimming pool, tennis courts and opportunities to practice water sports!

The apartments has both one bedroom, bathroom, a living room with sofa bed, kitchen (fully equipped with also dishwasher)! The linens and towels are included! (completely renovated in 2008!).
Il Geranio apartment has balcony (access from every room).
La Rosa apartment has private courtyard equipped with table, chairs, sun beds and umbrella, and also little balcony in the bedroom.
