Located on the shore of Lake Como, the house is located in the hill above Bellagio at about 600 meters above sea level and 5Km from the center of Bellagio. Ideal for those who love nature and living outdoors can be the starting point for excursions in the mountains, go horseback riding or visit the lake and the center of Bellagio (5Km away).

The house is on one floor (of approximately 80sqm), comprising double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, living room with fireplace and sofa beds, kitchen, bathroom with shower, large garden, veranda with wooden roof and parking. Recently renovated is well equipped with dishes / cutlery, various kitchen utensils, washing machine, dishwasher and satellite television.

The house is available for weekly rental from June to September with the following prices:

The village enjoys a postcard-perfect view of the lake. The public beach and marina are within easy distance by car or by bus (5Km).

Como and Lecco (20 km away) are accessible for day trips. Lugano, in Switzerland (70 km away), is also within driving distance. Thanks to easy, enjoyable ferry access, the resorts make excellent day trips from the house.
