This furnished upper unit is located on the Shanty Creek Resort next to the Lakeview Hotel & Conference Center. The unit contains A Queen Bed and full size sofa sleeper - it sleeps 4.
Wireless internet is available in the unit. A pool pass for free use of Lakeview Hotel and Schuss Hotel indoor swimming pools and hot tubs. It has a beautiful view of Lake Bellaire.

Bellaire is in the heart of Vacation country just 45 miles northeast of Traverse City.
The Condo is a short walk from the clubhouse for The Legend and Summit golf courses. Golf the popular 'Chief' or 'Hawk's Eye' within 5 minutes drive.
In the winter just walk across the parking lot and you're ready to ski at Summit or board the shuttle to Schuss Mountain. Downhill skiers and snow boarders will enjoy the free shuttle to the Schuss Mountain which runs every 15 minutes all day. It's a 5 minute ride. Rent a Snowmobile on site by the hour, 1/2 day, or day and snowmobile the Jordan Valley Trail snowmobile trail.

The condo is located at the Shanty Creek Resort next to the Lakeview Hotel & Conference Center, about 2 miles from Bellaire Michigan. Bellaire is in the heart of Northern Michigan's vacation country. The condo is just 45 miles NE of Traverse City the home of Cherry Capital Airport and the popular Cherry Blossom festival at the beginning of July. Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore and Mackinaw Island make great day trips.
It is only a 5 minute drive to the Summit Village Beach Club on Lake Bellaire. The sandy beach, playground, picnic area, and charcoal grills at the Beach Club are great for families with children and available to all guests free of charge. There is a public boat launch next to the beach club. Lake Bellaire will provide good inland lake fishing in season. See Further Details below.
In late September and early October the fall colors are beautiful. You can spend a couple of days driving around Northern Michigan and taking in it's breathless beauty.

All our summer guests have free use of the Summit Village Beach Club on Lake Bellaire (about 5 minute drive from the condo). It has a nice sandy beach, playground, boat launch, pinic table and charcoal grills.
The tennis court is available to all our guests (located next to Summit village club house)

We had a excellent stay. Shanty creek resort area is very nice. Condo is small but great for two people. Would definetely stay agin.
