Come enjoy the summer at ALLEN BEACH BUNGALOWS on Intermediate Lake!! The property features a walk in sandy beach (PERFECT FOR SMALL CHILDREN) on this all sports lake. Includes a dock for mooring your favorite water toys.
Location: Bellaire, Northwest, Michigan, USA (45 min. NE of Traverse City, 15 min drive to Lake Michigan!!)

Get away to this abundant vacation home. The property has 2 separate cottages, both with views of the lake! A total of 5 bedrooms and 3 & 1/2 baths, with sleeping arrangements for 16 people. (3 queens, 1 full, 8 singles). There is an additional hide-a-bed for your convenience. YOU SUPPLY BED & BATH LINENS, so use this info for packing!!

We have been told that this property has everything you need for a great vacation!! The spacious main cabin supplies all the extras: dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, Cable TV/DVD/VCR and a dining table that seats 12 people, plus 2 picnic tables for outside eating. A comfortable wood swing for enjoying views of the water and beach. Don't forget the hammock for that afternoon nap! The back cottage sits quietly behind the front and is perfect for accommodating overflow. It is a quaint two bedroom, one bath cottage with a large combined living and kitchen area, offering many of the same amenities as the front cabin. Plus yard games, water and beach toys so you don't have to bring them.

This property is minutes from world renowned Torch Lake and a 10 minute drive to Lake Michigan (Barnes Park), located in Central Lake just north of up and coming Bellaire: home of Shorts Brewery! Nearby attractions include Shanty Creek and Schuss Mountain (10 minutes), Charlevoix (30 minutes), Traverse City (45 minutes) and Boyne Mountain (30 minutes) not to mention many championship golf courses: The Chief, The Legend and A-ga-ming

This was our first time renting as a family vacation. Both cottages were well equipped with lots of nice surprising extras some examples being aluminum foil, plastic wrap, sugar, some spices, family games, books...way too many to list. It was a great site for the little ones we had 4 grandkids out of 7 that were under 5 with a nice sandy beach just steps away from the house, the kids had a great time catching crayfish and fishing. The two cottages were very clean and the small Spartan convenient grocery store takes you back in time.
