Large 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the Gulf of Mexico.

Fully furnished unit includes a full kitchen, A/C, 37" flat screen HD TV in the main living area with digital cable. The Master Bedroom features TV with VCR/DVD, a queen size bed, and fantastic views of the Bay. The unit includes a full sized washer and dryer to make your stay more comfortable. Covered parking is also available. All linens and beach towels are included.

Condo Complex includes an onsite pool, on the Gulf of Mexico, with wonderful sunset views. Just look at the pictures!

Suncoast Beach Trolley runs every 20-30 minutes and from 5am to 10pm. There is a trolley stop within walking distance - approx 3 blocks. Service runs from downtown Clearwater, travels throughtout the beaches and into Treasure Island, with a connector into St. Petersburg.

The Unit is on the second floor and does have an elevator in the building.

Located just 40 minutes from Tampa/St.Petersburg Airports and is couple miles south of award winning Clearwater Beach with its Pier 60 sunset activities, which include artisans, crafters, street performers and live musical entertainment, weather permitting, all free.

The Clearwater marina has dinner cruises, deep sea fishing, jet skiing, charter boat rentals, parasailing, and dolphin watch.

John's Pass Village is 12 miles south, with over one hundred merchants inhabiting the Village, unique retail shopping, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, cruise lines, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing.

Other nearby attractions include the Performing Arts Center, Ruth Eckerd Hall, Port Tampa Cruise Line Port, Busch Gardens, Salvador Dali Museum, Seminole HardRock Casino, and several nearby golf courses.
