Description of the Belleair Beach vacation condo rental
Our is a corner unit on the quieter side of the building. You will have a full Gulf view from the kitchen/living/dining room and a partial Gulf view from the bedroom.
In the bedroom you’ll also find a King bed with firm mattress and 3" mattress topper, 600 thread count sheets, your choice of goose down comforter or 100% cotton quilt, and your choice of goose down or foam bed pillows.
Our newly remodeled bathroom provides a spa-like experience with walk in shower, terrazzo floors, ceramic tile walls, Grohe shower system, linear drain, built in storage and bench, and blown glass lighting fixture with dimmer switch.
The newly remodeled kitchen has custom maple cabinetry with a cleverly concealed Liebherr refrigerator and bottom freezer, a Quartz countertop and lots of built-ins including a white glass cooktop.
Other amenities include flat panel TV with digital cable, CD/DVD player, ipod docking stations, free secure high speed internet access (both hard wired and wireless), wireless printer/copier/fax, answering machine, and landline with free local phone calls.
For your comfort there is individually controlled air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom and for your convenience we have provided a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, beach chairs, large beach towels and beach umbrella.
As a bonus we added a top of the line tankless water heater for endless on-demand hot water, triple filtered water system throughout, and we use super-heated steam to clean between guests eliminating all concerns for allergens or bed bugs.
In the event that this unit is not available for the dates you require please ask about one of our other tranquil condos.
Area Information
The beautiful view, clean white sand and tranquil atmosphere make this a truly relaxing spot. And, due to the lack of commercial properties in Belleair Beach the only sound you'll hear at nght is the waves lapping the shore.
Nearby attractions include the Pinellas bike trail; kayak, jet ski and boat rentals; the Belleview Biltmore, Don Cesar and Safety Harbor spas; golf and tennis; and fishing and dolphin watching just outside your front door.

My husband and I have been staying here for the past 5 years and look forward to our week vacation each year. Robin, is very professional. She sends you an information letter giving directions, what amenities are available to you, a security lock access key code and always has the unit clean upon your arrival. The condo unit is completely equipped for your stay; from a air-conditioned king size bedroom to the 3 piece bath and the stocked kitchen. It has all you need for a great stay. The sunsets from your window are incredible. The view of the beach and the Gulf is amazing. You will definitely not be disappointed. We have never been. Thanks Robin; looking forward to next year.

We stayed in this condo for two years now and can not wait to return!! It is a perfect size for 2 people, kept extremely clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. The beach chairs and the book exchange really came in handy. Being ground floor pool side ocean view is definitely a plus. The view of the sunsets and dolphins playing in the water were great!!! The beach is absolutely beautiful and was never crowded. We met quite a few other renters/owners and everyone really made us feel welcome. I can not say enough nice things about this condo . . . we just love it!! Thank you for sharing it with us and we are definitely planning on returning!!

The winter of 2009 was our first year in Belleair Beach. We rented from Robin and immediately feel in love with the beauty of the Gulf and beach. The sunsets from our front window were breath taking!
This condo was well-organized and well-stocked. It had everything that you would need for a perfect stay. We were hooked!
The best part of our experience, however, were the people. How friendly and fun they were!
We hope to spend many winters in this " little slice of heaven".

This was the perfect size for two people. The condo was great, you had everything we needed. The beach & pool were great. Watching the dolphins each morning was a great start to the day. We got to watch the sea turtles hatch (80 of them) We helped with the release of them into the ocean They were prescious! We had a wonderful time!
