WE have a very nice completelely furnished one bedroom 1st floor condo in beautiful Bellair Bluffs,on the border of Largo at 2525 West Bay Dr. Apt a-14.THIS CONDO IS IN A GREAT LOCATION ,JUST BLOCKS FROM THE INTERCOASTAL WATERWAY and the gulf beaches . The entire condo just finished renovations and all exterior areas are beautifuly updated including the pool, new paint, new laundry facilities and beautiful landscaping. Our unit is very quite and looks out into a shaded garden area. the inside is very clean and has way more than you usualy get in a furnished rental, including w/w carpeting, ceiling fans, 2 tv's ,stereo ,small appliances, pots,pans,dishes,linens.The unit also has assigned private parking. It can be unfurnished with a 2 or more year lease. the rent is actualy $700.00 per month First, last and security , but we will discount it to $650.00 to any tenant that pays with the full years worth of post dated checks and agrees to take care of any minor problems , such as blocked toilets , burned out light bulbs, ac filter neeeds replacement etc. in other words , the condo is in great shape and we like to have as little contact as possible with the tenant as we are very busy. we require first, last and security, however can be flexible with the terms for the right tenants. the condo is for 1 0r 2 adults only and there are no pets allowed. If you are looking for long term , this is an ideal situation , we would be willing to let you furnish and remodel anything you wish and do not often raise the rent for long term, pay on time tenants. Sorry no pets. We will also rent seasonaly with a 5 month minimum for $1200.00per month. Fully prepaid only for seasonal rental.
