This two story house sits on 6.5 acres of wooded land on a private road. It has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a large deck and spacious open floor plan perfect for entertaining. The downstairs bedroom has a king size bed that can be split into twin beds. The upstairs master bedroom has a king size bed and third bedroom has a full size futon.
Three large sliding glass doors lead to a spacious deck and breathtaking views that you have to see to believe!

Other ski mountains include Hunter Mountain, Plattekill and Wyndam. Our 6.5 acre wooded property is also perfect for snowshoeing and hiking.

We went in this house to celebrate the new year 2011 with my friends and it was so incredible!!We had a really good time!The weather was cold,but it was very warm and comfortable inside,not only because of fire place,but because of atmosphere,which reigns in this house..The mountains around the house are wonderful,the view from the window of the house is amazing!I think this house is perfect for company or family weekend..It's very cosy,clean,you feel like at home in this place..All of us feel the magic sense of holiday!!We plan to come there again for sure!!!Thanks a lot to the owners of these beautiful house!!!

A very clean, comfortable home. The views are outstanding and it is close to many Catskill activities. A great place!
