A 44 acre private horse farm, with a small private lake for swimming in the warmer months, bordered by the Department of Natural Resources land for hiking and riding, with a stall or corral for visiting horses. The Large Ranch style house is situated in a park like setting with beautiful sunsets and a territorial view. For guests use a fully eguipped gourment kitchen, a large 2 person jetted tub with a Northwest scene masterbath, 4 large antique/country style bedrooms, 2 with private bath and 2 with large shared bath, 3 large outdoor patios surround the house, one with a ramp for wheelchair access into the house. Included is a portable outdoor fireplace for warmth and ambiance to enjoy nights under the stars. Rent the whole 4 bedroom house for your family, meetings, weddings,events or retreats OR reserve a room for rest, relaxation and romance with a self serve breakfast. Located minutes from I-5 and the city of Bellingham for shopping, dining, entertainment, ferries, trains, airline service, casinos, wineries, a marina for boating and Mt. Baker for skiing, and the outdoor nature enthusiasts.

The Ranch is situated in the foothills of Whatcom County off of Mt. Baker Hwy, 7 miles from I-5 and Bellingham. Perched on a hill surrounded by pastures and forest creating privacy, peace and solitude. Whatcom County is the most beautiful county in Washington, bordering to the north is British Columbia and Vancouver, Canada. To the west is Squalicum Bay and the San Juan Islands. To the south a 100 miles is the city of Seattle and to the east is Mt. Baker the second tallest peak in WA. The county is full of Dairy farms and raspberry/ blueberry farms. Many fresh water lakes with surrounding parks for swimming, water sports and fishing. The Nooksank River flows down from Mt. Baker through the valleys out to Squalicum Bay. Any outdoor activity that is desired can be done or seen in the area. Multiple types of entertainment day or night can be found throughout the surrounding towns such as; dining, dancing, music, theater, movies, shopping, farmers market, gambling, art walks, classes etc.

Stalls, corrals and trails available on site for the horse owner and enthusiast. Ski to Sea event in the Spring time in the county of Whatcom. The Alaska ferry returns/leaves out of the Port of Bellingham. Western Washington University located in Bellingham. Within an hour of Vancouver, Canada and driving distance to Whistler for the 2010 Winter Olympics.
