Description of the Belmont vacation cottage rental

NEW IN 2013! Charming lakefront getaway, south-west exposure, sandy beach with gradual decline and crystal clear water. The lake is right there - no roads to walk across. Enjoy the sunsets from the deck, and swim from the beach. Make memories at night around a nice campfire in the outdoor fireplace. This one story cottage has two bedrooms; one with two twin beds, one with a full bed. There is also an additional bedroom in a beautiful guest cottage with one full bed. Bathroom has a shower. This classic cottage has knotty pine paneling, simple camp style furnishings, and an ample living room area for the group to gather in. Very close to golf, outlet shopping and many other Lakes Region attractions. Weekend rentals are available only in spring and fall. **Please Note: One pet accepted for $100 fee and with prior owner approval**

We are within driving distance of so many activies and places to see; Lochmere Country Club, Weirs Beach, NH International Speedway, White Mountains, Meadow Brook Arena, Tanger Family Outlets and so much more.

We are only minutes from Gunstock Ski Resort,we are surrounded by snow-mobile trails, fishing, boating or just relaxing and getting away from the stress of everyday life.

Great place to stay with a wonderful view!

The main cabin has two bedrooms and a small out cabin is the third. There were three couples and the place suited us well. The deck overlooks the lake and you are literally 10 feet from the water. The cabin was stocked with basic needs such as pots/pans, dishes, cups, silverware, gas grill, etc. Just bring food, linens, and towels and sit back and relax. The owner was awesome and answered all of my questions promptly via email. You are only 15 minutes from Laconia. There is a carryout, gas station and grocery store right down the road. Stop at the Lobster Connection - they will steam the lobsters for you so you can take them back to the cabin and have a seafood feast. They also have an assortment of other seafood items. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone I know. It was beautiful.
