Description of the Belmont vacation home rental

Our lake house sits on the shores of beautiful Lake Winnisquam in the Lakes Region of NH. Our home features a large living room with vaulted ceilings,exposed beams, hardwood flooring throughout the entire first floor and banks of oversized windows. Our home is open concept with the living room flowing into the kitchen and dinning room which is perfect for family gatherings and entertaining. Off of the dinning room is a large deck complete with grill and patio furniture. Also on the main floor you will find 2-bedrooms and the bathroom. Downstairs you will find a large master bedroom and playroom with a walk-out slider to the back yard.

Our home comes complete with a boat dock, swim raft, rope swing and a sandy beach area. We also have a hammock which is perfect for those lazy summer afternoons.

Area Information

Lake Winnisquam is a pristine, family friendly lake that is perfect for all age groups. We are within walking distance of the Winnisquam Market & Trading Post, Winnisquam Marine, Lobster Connection Seafood Market and even Pirates Cove Mini-Golf.

We are within driving distance of so many activies and places to see; Lochmere Country Club, Weirs Beach, NH International Speedway, White Mountains, Meadow Brook Arena, Tanger Family Outlets and so much more.

Lake Winnisquam isn't just for those summer vacations, there is so much to do all year long. We are only minutes from Gunstock Ski Resort,we are surrounded by snow-mobile trails, fishing, boating or just relaxing and getting away from the stress of everyday life.

Beautiful

The house was beautiful, clean and well maintained. We took our family to NH For a wedding. The price was less expensive than a hotel and had every amenitie with all the exrtras!!!! It was well stocked with towels, Linens and blankets! A breathtaking view if the lake from the living room, Master bedroom and coffee on the deck in the morning was fantastic. When we travel to NH again this will be my first pick for accomadations. We felt secluded but were in fact close to everthiung. Everytime we travel Vacation Home Rentals is the first place I look for vacation hot spot accomadations!!!!
