This newly remodeled Spanish House is located within 1 block of North Berkeley Bart on a quiet cul-de-sack.
You enter this beautiful property through a native landscaped garden, with rows of lavender planted on either side of the walkway. A lemon tree is planted at the entry.
Owned by a designer and architect, interior is remodeled for comfort and entertaining.
Living room has vaulted ceilings, working fireplace, and a piano for perfect for holidays. A large bay window over looks the native garden, and the olive tree.
A large size movie screen rolls out with a projector that transforms the space to a private movie theater. The surround sound speakers in the walls music to the living room.
Interior furnishings are stylish, create a warmth with rustic and mid-century modern touches.
Large dining room can host a stylish dinner party with a farm table that can seat 8.
Kitchen houses the amenities dishwasher, cook top, refrigerator & oven. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a breakfast nook that seats 4.
Master Bedroom has a deck overlooking the back yard and a view of Mount Tam. The modern bathroom is marble, and houses a double shower.
Second bedroom can be used as a study, or a second bedroom depending on need.
Back yard has a beautiful pear tree, and a large patio table & chairs with BBQ for outside entertainment.

North Berkeley Bart station, provides easy and quick access to San Francisco.
You can walk to downtown to Berkeley, Monterey market,grab breakfast at Cafe Fanny,or Cafe Roma, and stroll to gourmet ghetto where Chez Panise, Cezar & many other great restaurants and shops are located.
Within 10 minute walking, you can have access to public swimming pools, and tennis courts. 10 minute drive takes you to a beautiful hike in the Tilden Park & Botanical Garden. A 5 minute drive, will take you to Berkeley 4th street shopping district.
