Bethany Beach Condo
Oceanfront condo at Sea Colony with limited ocean view, sleeps 4, features 1/2 mile guarded beach, 12 swimming pools, 34 tennis courts, Fitness center, bike and walking trails, scheduled children's activities for a fee. Condo also has High-Speed Internet. November to April monthly seasonal rate is $650.00 to $850.00. Weekly year-round rate is $600.00 to $1095.00. Weekend year-round rate is $190.00 to $320.00. Sorry...No Smoking.


Fall Special: $95.00 per night thru Oct 18...two night minumum stay.

Sea Colony is located in quiet, family friendly Bethany Beach, DE. The Annapolis Bldg is one of 9 oceanfront condo buildings in the Sea Colony complex. The charming Bethany Beach Boardwalk is about a 15 minute walk up the beach from our building. There are four tennis courts adjacent to the Annapolis.

When you stay at Sea Colony you have access to their numerous amenities with the purchase of their guest badges which cost anywhere from $15.00 to $35.00 pp per week, depending on the time of year.

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay at the condo within the Sea Colony. It was great being so close to the ocean and not far from shopping and restaurants. The place was great and we didn't want to leave.
