Description of the Bethany Beach vacation condo rental

Enchanting and fun! Private Place homes feature a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom floor plan. All homes feature private decks, cathedral ceilings and convenient walkouts. All of this and more just footsteps from the pools and world-class tennis facilities. Sea colony has two fitness centers, a total of 17 swimming pools, two indoor and two outdoors are heated pools. There is an indoor and outdoor basketball court and Tennis court. There is a bike/walking trail. Free shuttle service during summer season to and from Beach. 24 hours security on the site.

SEA COLONY RESORT IN BETAHNY BEACH, DELWARE
Overview: Bethany Beach is a quiet beach community that includes neighborhoods with condominiums and townhomes, as well as beach houses overlooking the ocean. All this within minutes of the boardwalk where there is shopping and fantastic restaurants.
What Makes It Unique: Bethany Beach is not only home to beaches as beautiful as any in Delaware, but also a charming boardwalk complete with shops and restaurants. Bethany Village is also home to the famous totem pole which guards the town's entrance. It is only about 12 miles away from Rehoboth Beach, DE and about 15 miles away from Ocean city, MD

Enjoyed Our Stay

Just got back from our stay at the condo. The unit was clean and very close to the tram stop for the beach. The pool was very close by and the fitness center was a very short walk. Look forward to next year!

Great condo for your family and your family dog!

We had a great experience renting this 2 bed 2 bath condo in Lewes! It is in the same area as a grocery store, restaurant, coffee shop, and more, plus there is a great biking path and a pool. So much to do. The condo was super clean and ready for us as soon as we got there. We would recommend this condo to anyone who asked! Cheers to families and cheers to family vacations!

Nice 2 bedroom at Sea Colony

9501 Timberlake is a great location in Sea Colony with 2 pools being very close and not far to the tram stop. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to next year. Having two bathrooms was ideal and the granite kitchen counter was a plus. I also like that there are stools at the counter for quick meals. The deck was great, big and useful.

We had a wonderful time

We stayed for a mini week and wished we could have stayed longer! The condo is beautiful, spacious and immaculately maintained. It was perfect for our family of four but definitely could accommodate more. The beach was only a short distance and the shuttle buses ran frequently and the stops were close to the condo. We didn't get a chance to use the tennis courts, but look forward to that next time. The pool was only a few steps away too! We can't wait to go back!

The friendly and gracious welcome from hosts Rob and Donella set the tone for a very nice weekend. The rental unit was clean, bright and included a well stocked kitchen. I'm always grateful to find an extra roll of paper towels or toilet paper which to me indicates a generous and hospitable spirit.
