Enjoy your Bethany Beach vacation and make lasting memories! This clean and well equipped home, centrally located within the town of Bethany Beach, awaits you. Walk, bike or take the town trolley from your door step to the beach or utilize the free all day beach parking pass. Crab or fish in the canal out back or play tennis on the two courts out front. Relax on one of the multiple decks or play cards in the screened in porch. This bright and spacious home is ideally located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet community within walking distance to a fitness center, video store, numerous restaurants play grounds and ice cream shops. There is even a game cube for the kids. Your Bethany Beach memories start here. Canoe Included!! We are now accepting reservations for the summer and fall. New for 2009, high speed internet and flat screen TV in family gathering room. Experience the overall beach charm and warm ocean water while enjoying reasonable rates! There are many activities to do including surf fishing, outlet shopping, visiting the boardwalk, riding the open air trolley, mini golf, and much more. Family time is at it's best!

We happily accept reservations for stays of two nights or longer.

Area Information

Bethany Beach is a family friendly beach town complete with a boardwalk, shops, mini golf, arcades, ocean front dining and a bandstand with live entertainment. Since the ocean and bay are located close by, available activities include swimming, surfing, fishing, crabbing, sea kayaking, boating and other water sports. Sports enthusiasts can also enjoy biking, golfing and hiking. Wide range of restaurants ranging from family friendly to gourmet. Enjoy the tax free shopping in Delaware and visit the Rehoboth outlets located 15 minutes away.

Walk to, numerous restuarants, ice cream shops, convenient stores, fitness center, and parks/play grounds.

Great Place for a Girls Weekend!

We went for a girl’s weekend and had a great time! There is a pizza place, Wawa, and more right down the street. The beach is close and you get parking for two cars...just in case others wanted to leave early from the beach. I just can't say enough nice things about this place, we loved it. Thanks for renting for just the weekend, you gave all of us tired moms a place to go!

We are thrilled that you had a great time! The options of walking, taking the trolley that picks up at our front door, or using the two free ocean block parking passes provides unlimited options to get to the beach. Having multiple restaurants, sub shops, Grotto's pizza, ice cream shops, and a fitness center a short walk away is very appealing for sure. The canal in the back yard for crabbing or launching our canoe or kayak is a big hit for sure. We enjoy the tennis courts too! Although we rent weekly in the summer, long weekends are available off season to provide the perfect beach escape! Please come again! Thanks!

Great Family Place

We loved our time here with our grandson and his parents. None of us wanted to leave. Our grandson said it best, "This feels like my home!" Easy access to beach, the center of Bethany, the canal and lake via canoe, new supermarket, and the Coastal Highway. Loved having the two parking permits so we could go anytime and take our gear within 1 block of the beach. The house is well-appointed, with pretty interior nicely decorated and fully supplied kitchen. We enjoyed the screened porch and great Internet connection plus large, flat-screen TV. It was really so nice to have 3 full bathrooms!! The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. The beach is clean and easily accessible. Several times, we ate supper on the beach in the evening. We were sad to leave but came home relaxed and tanned! A wonderful place for family.
