Description of the Bethany Beach vacation home rental

We've named this beautiful vacation property "HIDDEN TREASURE" because of its almost hidden location on Garfield Pkwy and because of its treasure trove of amenities that will please and delight guests of all ages! (If looking at the Bird's Eye View feature, our property sits back off the road, behind the blue house.)

Hidden Treasure is located 1 mile from the beach on Rt. 26 (Garfield Pkwy) in the town of Bethany Beach. It features 6 bedrooms, including 2 master bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a spacious gourmet kitchen, large living room on the 2nd floor and another living area on the 3rd floor, 4 decks (2 outdoor & 2 screened in), 7 HDTV's, WiFi, iPod player, a small backyard, linen service for weekly rentals, a combo gas & charcoal grill, 6 beach cruiser bikes, ping pong, basketball, air hockey, beach chairs and other beach essentials.

Area Information

Hidden Treasure sits back off of Rt. 26/Garfield Parkway between Turtlewalk and Bethany West developments. It is in easy walking distance to numerous restaurants,including: Grotto Pizza, DiFebo's, Chef's Pantry (Premium Delicatessen), Off the Hook, Blue Water Coastal Cuisine, Capriotti's Sandwich Shop, Romeo's family style restaurant,and a chinese restaurant. Also nearby is WaWa's, Rita's Italian Ice, wine & spirits store, and the Nature Center & playground. St. Ann's Catholic Church is approximately 3 blocks away.

Church retreat

September 27, 2010

My leadership team consists of 12 people, some singles & some couples. This place had ample space for relaxation and "meetings". I'm also a "foodie" and was impressed by the kitchen equipment, dining & outdoor entertaining areas. The beach was nearby and there are bikes for you to ride around this bicycle-friendly town. Everyone enjoyed getting to explore this scenic place. The thoughtful owners included a notebook with nearby attractions, recommendations, and so forth... very helpful!

Great house!!

This is my second time coming to Hidden Treasure. What a wonderful house!! The rooms are very spacious and beautiful and we love the layout of the house. The kitchen is completely stocked and we found that it completely met all expectations! It is a short mile walk to the boardwalk and there are several shops and restaurants within walking distance if you choose. We hope to use it again next year!! Thanks!

Fun for all

We had a wonderful time staying at Hidden Treasure. There was 14 of us in all (ranging in age from 2 to 70) and there was plenty of room. Enough space to be together and enough space if you needed some quiet time. We couldn't have picked a more perfect place for us to have our family "reunion". The home is beautifully decorated and planned out nicely. A very warm and comfortable home for us to have some wonderful memories! Thanks

We had a fantastic time in Bethany and we loved the house! It is very spacious and great for our large family meals and gatherings. I knew from the pictures that "Hidden Treasure" was a very nice home, but I was surprised to find it beyond my expectations. There is plenty of space, a 5 star kitchen, beautiful interior design, yet completely relaxing and livable. Even beyond the house structure and design, there was a peace in the home that made the stay for me and my friends very refreshing.

The home is close to great restaurants, shopping, the beach. There are great places to ride bikes and walk.

I had never been to Bethany Beach, but I will definitely return. "Hidden Treasure" would be at the top of my list for vacation homes. If you're looking for a place to get away and get refreshed, I highly recommend this house.

I spent the weekend at this beautiful "Hidden Treasure" in Bethany. This home is beautiful, spacious, and is in a great location. The furnishings are amazing, dÃ©cor is top of the line, there is plenty of room and it's fully equipped. It has a well designed floor plan that is comfortable for a few or a crowd.

I would highly recommend renting this new home near the beach and I can't wait to go back there myself!
