Description of the Bethany Beach vacation townhouse rental

Bethany Beach, DE vacation home available for seasonal or weekly rental. Newer three level townhouse with an upper and lower level of decks overlooking a pond. Both decks offer outdoor furniture and the upper deck has a gas grill. Minutes to Bethany Beach, and all other Maryland and Delaware beaches. Sunny living room space fully loaded with music and 42" plasma TV entertainment as well as a DVD player. There is a full sized pull out couch in the main living room level. Large eat in kitchen with large refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. There's everything you will need to cook and feed the family and lots of storage. French doors from the dining space leads out to the upper deck. Convenient powder room on the main floor. Central air. Three good sized bedrooms with two full baths on the upper floor. There is a king sized bed in the master. There is a full sized bed in one of the spares and a twin/full bunk set in the other bedroom. Lower level offers laundry facilities, a full bath and a second master suite with personal refrigerator, big screen TV, stereo, and French doors leading to the lower deck level. There is a full sized bed and a full sized pull out in the lower master. The development features a tennis court and swimming pool. The shopping, restaurants, and beachs are great! Weekly rentals are $1,000. Off season weekly rentals are $650.00.

Area Description

Rehobeth Beach is 15 minutes away and a wonderful shopping haven! Outlets, outlets, and more outlets.....Wonderful eateries and the beach is great too. Ocean City, MD is 15 minutes the other way! The night life in this area is legendary! And the restaurants and beaches are fun! Chincoteague, VA, is the home of wild ponies.
