Come Stay...Play...at our spacious 3BR, 2BA "platinum-rated" year-round getaway in the family friendly Village at Bear Trap Dunes resort boasting exceptional amenities, 27-hole championship golf, and nearby Bethany Beach with one of the cleanest beaches in the nation.

Nestled between beach and bay in southeast Delaware, we are conveniently located in an area called the "Quiet Resorts" of Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island, minutes from Rehoboth Beach's tax free shopping outlets, Ocean City, MD's bustling nightlife and just a few hours' drive from major cities in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Whether you're a couple or a family or "family" of friends, you will find plenty of space and amenities here (sleeps 6-8). We have 3 BRs (the third one is a Loft BR - kids love it) and 2 full Baths. There is also a convertible sofa bed in the Great room plus a convenient Pack'n Play crib for the wee ones. The "fully equipped" gourmet kitchen has everything but the cook! Dine indoors in the open Dining Room or the cozy Breakfast room off the kitchen. Or go 'al fresco' in the screened porch complete with seating for 6 and a grill. We also have an open deck to view those gorgeous Delmarva sunsets. There is also fireplaced Great room which opens to the porch and deck. Everything in this getaway is designed to inspire relaxation, comfort and convenience. We have a full size Washer/Dryer so you don't have to pack alot (save room for those outlet shopping finds). All bed linens and bath towels are provided. For those rare rainy days, there are books, board games and 4 cable TVs, DVD/VCR and music system to occupy your time. If you must stay 'connected', we also have wireless High Speed internet - just bring your laptop w/ wireless card.

Besides the property amenities, there are a wide range of activities in the resort. You can choose to take a swim in one of 5 pools (in/outdoors), soak in the hot tub, play tennis (5 HAR TRU courts), work out in the state-of the art fitness center, take in a round of golf (full service clubhouse), bike/hike in the open spaces - all within walking distance from our villa. If you don't want to drive to the beach (only 3 mi away), the private beach shuttle stops right in front of our property. From there, you can get to Bethany Beach with its beach, boardwalk, specialty stores and restaurants. For a break, take a short drive (12 mi) to Rehoboth Beach's tax free premium outlets (130+stores) and shop till you drop! So whether you're a golfer, tennis player, beachcomber, shopper or in between, you won't want to leave!

The Village at Bear Trap Dunes resort community has nearly 55 acres of open space, including parks and lakes, and the Golf Club's 250 acres of sand dunes and natural wetland grasses creates a beautiful backdrop for those who are golfing, walking around the community, or enjoying the view from your window.
