Our home is a 3 bedroom, 3 full bath home that has been completely remodeled top to bottom. Open floor plan great for entertaining. Every thing you need is here for you to use! You can have a blast on the Delta without even needing a boat! Our dock features a water slide and high dive (about 15 feet high). It is entertainment on the Delta without even leaving. There is plenty of room for BBQ and hanging out down on the dock. There are 3 boat slips and a Hydro hoist for your boating needs. We are also within minutes to 3 marina for easy launching. Our home has toys and swings for the kids to enjoy also.

Come and enjoy this oasis on the Delta. Bethel Island is a unique community near Discovery Bay (15-20min by boat) with less crowded water ways than Discovery Bay. You are truly in the Heart Of The Delta here. We are 3 mins to fast water [Franks Track] which is a hot spot for pro fisherman. We are located on the Margarita Mile, with 3 great bar and restaurants that feature live entertainment. A short 5 min walk along the water will take you to one of these Delta front restaurants. There is a golf course and driving range less then 2 miles from the house. And Kite Surfing lessons available 2 doors away.
