Description of the Bethel Island vacation home rental

One Queen Bed and two comfy couches, or bring your own sleeping bags to sleep more. Fee is for two people. Any additional person add $25.00 each. This is a two thousand square foot two story home and I rent out the upstairs story for short term use. The downstairs is completely seperate and is rented full time to a father/son both adults. Quiet, courteous and seldom home.

The upstairs is one thousand square feet, nice, large kitchen and spacious one bedroom home overlooking the water. Very quiet area. Completely remodeled with granite countertops and professional appliances. Fireplace. Comes with a PRIVATE huge sun deck with boat slips available. Fishing and boating all at a stone's throw away. Country living at it's finest. Views of the cows, coyotes, ducks, raccoons all from the windows! Large porch for you to enjoy the sunrise or sunset.
