Water Front home located on Piper Slough in Bethel Island. This loft style 3 bedroom 2 bath home is fully furnished and has 3 queen sized beds and 2 sets of bunk beds that can accommodate 12 people. Beautiful views of the Delta and Mt. Diablo. Private deck with BBQ, other amenities include fireplace, A/C and Heat, Washer and Dryer, TV, DVD, Stereo and Cable. Berth on site can accommodate up to 30 ft. boat with water and 30 amp powers to dock, fish cleaning station and launch ramp at location. 200 yards to fast water, fantastic skiing in surrounding sloughs and located down the street from where all the fishing derbies take place. 1 mile from 18 hole golf course, walking distance from Rusty Porthole, which has night time entertainment; Sugar Barge which rents different types of boats. And GR Marshalls in downtown Bethel Island offers fantastic fine dining and great atmosphere. Don’t forget to visit them and tell them we sent you, for specials.
Winter Rates:
$250 per night 2 night minimum weekend and $225 on weekdays
Summer Rates:
$275 per night 2 night minimum weekend and $250 weekdays
Holiday Rates:
Labor Day, Memorial Day and 4th of July weekends:
$300 per night
$1,000 refundable deposit and $75.00 cleaning fee
Fine dining and great atmosphere at GR Marshall's, 1 mile to boat and jet ski rental shop, 18 hole golf course less than 1 mile.
