WATER FRONT DUPLEX, BETHEL ISLAND (SLEEPS 8) Right on Franks Tract.
This is on Willow Rd. Which is the best side of Island, two blocks to Rusty Port Hole, 4 blocks to Russo’s marina. Gas and launching next door at Beacon Harbor.
Custom-built home, fully furnished, 3 Big bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1750 sq. ft. with beautiful view of Mt. Diablo. Dock with tie up for boat. Nice deck with gas BBQ, fully landscaped yard. Wall-to-wall carpets. Big front room with DVD/DIRECTV, Pellet Stove, Central Heat and A/C. Beautiful Kitchen with bar counter and coffee pot, microwave, toaster and toaster oven. Kitchen utensils provided. Big two door Refrigerator. Internet connection. Have canoe and petal boat available.
In House
2 bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom with double bed. In Front room 2 sofa beds.

All fees are due when you arrive at Rental home.
Daily Rent (Sunday 3pm--Friday 2 pm $100/ boat tie ups for $10.00 per day per boat.
Pet fee $25.00.
Towels and sheets can be provided for a cleaning fee of $50.00.
Weekends (Friday 3 pm--Sunday 2 pm) $125/day, min. 2 days. $10.00 per boat, tie ups. ($150.00 cleaning fee/ deposit) Will be returned if unit is cleaned.
Weekly Rate 7 Days $750.00 per week. $500.00 Deposit,boat tie ups $10.00 per day.
Month Rate 30 days $2500.00 per month $500.00 Deposit, one boat tie up.

I have to say the property is simply amazing. I would never go without renting both the lake house and boat house. The owner is really down to earth and it makes the trip even better. Our kids had a blast and we will be making this an annual trip! Thank you Walt and thank you Bethel Island!

my family spent our vacation at this waterfront home. The property is clean and well taken care of by owner. The bedrooms are huge as well as the living room and kitchen. The home has plenty of space to move around in. There is a wonderful deck outside the family room where we barbequed and took in the magnificent delta views.The dock has plenty of room for your boat and you can fish right from the dock. stores, gas , bait , and restraunts are just down the delta channel 100 ft or so. Walt the owner was very helpful .We ran out of gas for our jet ski's and the fuel stations on the delta were closed. Walt saved the rest of day by lettting us use 15 gallons of gas he had. The vacation house was great. My family will definitely be back. Kudos to Walt and making this a truly memorable vacation.
