Description of the Bethel vacation condo rental

Drive a little and save a lot
Wonderful inexpensive retreat for four seasons of fun. Ski Sunday River (28 miles north of the condo),Shawnee Peak (20 miles south of Condo)or North Conway NH Discounts on lift tickets to Sunday River.
Snowmobile from the door to Maine and NH ITS.
Summer time fun on Kezar Lake 3 miles away.
Renovated condo with 3 bedrooms set up as one queen, one full, two twins plus full size futon in the living area.
Open Dining and Living area. Two sliding glass doors to the deck where the hot tub is located.
Full Kitchen with new appliances including ceramic cooktop stove, micro, coffeemaker, crockpot. We even have a breadmaker! Throw the chili in the crockpot, bread ingredients in the bread maker, go off for the day skiing or snowmobiling and come home to a hot meal and fresh bread. End your day in the outdoor hot tub under the stars.

Our condo abutts the White Mountain National Forest.We are located south of Sunday River (28 miles) north of Shawnee peak ( 20 miles ) and east of North Conway NH (30 miles)
We are located 3 miles from the public boat launch on Kezar Lake

Ski Weekend

Great condo: quiet, clean and homely. Surrounding area is beautiful. Definitely reasonable drive to Sunday River for skiing. Owner is very helpful and accessible. Hot tub is great but for any problems contact the owner because it can be a simple fix. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend and I would stay there again

Great Family Get-Away

My husband, two kids and I had a blast celebrating Thanksgiving here. The kids loved the bird feeder, the cute bedroom decorations, the gas fireplace, the Inn's DVD collection, and of course the hot tub. I loved the *great* kitchen...it had pretty much everything to make a Thanksgiving feast! Easy to get to, very quiet and peaceful. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Mountain Retreat

We had a wonderful time at the Condo. It's a great place to relax and renew. Maine in the winter is beautiful, so peaceful. The condo is situated on a mountainside with many hiking and cross country ski trails. It was very clean and roomy, and the hot tub was great! There's a lovely view of the woods. If you love nature, this is the place for you!

GREAT Kezar Lake rental

My wife and I stayed here during the last week of August, 2009. You probably won't find a nicer rental for the price in the area. Aside from the fact that this condo has three bedrooms (plus extra space for extra travelers if necessary), there is a full kitchen (even a breadmaker!), a dining area, living area, and for us, the one thing that sealed the deal- a four person hot tub on the rear deck. Also,you can tell that the owner takes pride in her condo as it was VERY clean and kept-up during our stay. She also provides a lot of the "little things" that other places charge extra for, or don't provide at all. If you're interested in Kezar lake, consider staying here, because there is a public boat launch area less than ten minutes away from the front door. We also noticed plenty of snowmobile trails for the winter time, too. Overall, a great place to stay while you're in Maine.

overlooking the woods and mountains in the
distance and great for star watching at night. Very
private and quiet - only 90 minutes on a nice,
scenic drive from Portland; 45 minutes to great
shopping in Conway, NH; 30 minutes to fabulous
skiing at Sunday River; and fun, fun
snowmobiling! What can I say - just perfect!
