A Four Season Log Cabin Chalet with hot tub!

The Bethel Chalet is one of four homes offered by THE BETHEL CHALETS and is located on a 1 acre wooded lot. The home has a new 7 person HOT TUB and game room!

Only 3 hours from Boston, this 3-bedroom plus loft log cabin is a treat for vacationing families and friends alike. You'll enjoy all the comforts of home at a great rate!

The great room is paneled in pine logs with a lofty cathedral ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows, which provide beautiful sunlight. A true log home! The comfortable living area has two couches and two chairs and is decorated with rustic pictures, snowshoes and skis. The Chalet has gas heat throughout the house so you'll never be cold, but the lodge also has a cozy wood stove that's perfect when you return from skiing or snowmobiling. Throw in some wood you?ll find next to the stove and enjoy the warmth and scent of a wood fire. If you've had enough tranquility, pop in a movie from our video bookcase, and relax on the couch. We have a selection of some popular movies for you to enjoy.

The deck, just outside three side-by-side glass doors, is a great place to relax and do some reading or enjoy the quiet forest surroundings during the warmer months. But year round use the gas barbecue where you can grill up your favorite afternoon or evening meal.

The kitchen is fully applianced including a microwave and dishwasher. All dishes, utensils and cookingware are here, right down to the spices. The lodge has two full baths, one with a tub and shower and a second with a shower only. Plenty of linens are provided and a washer and dryer is located in the basement if you need to wash some clothes midweek.

The Chalet's three bedrooms are cozy yet spacious to accommodate you comfortably. The master bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, a large dresser, rocking chair and nightstand, with plenty of closet and floor space to store your luggage. Downstairs are two bedrooms. The large bedroom has another queen bed, dresser and nightstands, and the other bedroom features a bunk bed and a twin bed with the largest closet in the house. Both rooms are decorated with quilted bedspreads and rustic pictures of fishing and snowy fields.

For additional sleeping, we have a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, or camp out on the full futon in our enclosed loft area. The loft has games, books and a beanbag chair. Grab a book from our loft area and relax on the deck, or play a game with the kids.

Just minutes from historic downtown Bethel, Maine, the homee is conveniently located near Sunday River and Mt. Abrams Ski Resorts, and is in easy access to fishing, cross-country ski trails, snowmobiling, snow shoeing, hiking, canoeing, antique shops and more than 25 restaurants. New Hampshire's Rt. 2 is just 30 minutes away and is home to many shops and restaurants and the beautiful White Mountains. There is also excellent fishing in the Androscoggin River, which runs nearby Rt. 2.
