Great views! Everyone loves this completely renovated 2-bedroom cottage 'High View', with a view of the Saco inlet and is just a stone's throw from one of Maine's best rated beaches! It is located on a side street and next to the mouth of the Saco River!

Hill's Beach is very quiet and just far enough to get away from all the tourist beaches. For the most part, the only people who frequent this area of beach are those who live on the street, approximately 10 houses. So the large, sandy beach is almost all yours!

If you have kids (like our family), you will enjoy the peace of mind being on a side street with very little traffic and the large yard for the kids to run and play while they wait for you to go to the beach. Once on the beach you will find a majestic, panoramic view of islands and a jetty...It is fabulous!

Area Information

This cottage is located on a side street and next to the mouth of the Saco River! Address: 7 Long Ave, Biddeford, ME, 04005 (Just off Hills Beach Rd.) 7 miles north of Kennebunkport. Just 25 minutes south of Portland and 45 minutes from L.L. Bean. There is also a water park & two amusement parks within 20 minutes.

The location of being so close to the water and so close to Kennebunk, Portland, Biddeford Pool, Goose Rocks, Freeport or South to Kittery, Ogunquit, makes this an ideal area.

great weather and beach

Very nice area-2 minutes to the beach. We had great weather so that always helps. Cottage was clean and roomy for 3 of us-room to park is good too. Quiet neighborhood. Beach has lots to explore at low tide.

I have stayed in this area Maine before and loved this location and rental property. My two girls loved the place as well and loved how close it is too the beach. It is awesome to have laundry on site with two kids and visiting the beach every day. Cannot wait to return
