Classic 1920’s Cape style beach house, completely renovated in 2003. Picturesque peninsula setting,takes full advantage of lovely water views with lots of glass. Landscaped for privacy with beach roses, perennials and lilac bushes. Quiet neighborhood. Area offers exceptional boating, beach walking biking, and is considered one of the best birding areas in the State. House and patio overlook bay. Twenty minutes to Portland or Kennebunkport.
