The 2-story condo feels much more like a private home than a condo; there are no hallways to get lost in and it is very private. It has cathedral ceilings and tudor details. The lot is over 9,000 sq. ft. sitting ON the lake. There is plenty of room for activities while waiting for your next boat ride/waterski, your next big catch, snow play or simply watching the boats come and go from the nearby, adjacent marina.

Bedding Configuration: The master BR has a queen-size platform bed featuring a down comforter with duvet + down pillows with high thread count linens. The master features its own large closet with remote color 20" TV w/ DirecTV & DVD player. End tables w/ lamps, alarm clock and antique armoire for storage of all additional linens, towels and blankets.

The 2nd BR has a queen-size bed w/ down comforter & duvet + down pillows AND a matching bunk bed separated by an end table w/ lamp & alarm clock. A modest stackable washer/dryer is in the closet for easy storage & access.

The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are dual lofts separated by its own bathroom on the second floor. Each loft is open, w/ no walls, & have 2 full beds sleeping 4 total in the loft area. By the textbook real estate definition, these are not actual bedrooms. There is a closet in the bathroom and a hanging rack in the hallway. Drawers for clothes should be kept under the bed; each bed has three drawers under it.

Living Room: 27" TV w/ DirecTV & TIVO, wireless internet (airport & ethernet), mac computer, DVD player, stereo (iTunes compatible). Enjoy a crackling fire in the rock fireplace. There's a brand new ultra suede sectional couch with queen pullout bed. The oversized deck can be found here for endless views of Big Bear Lake.

Deck: Just off the Kitchen sits the Deck, that includes views of tall pine trees and clear skies for star gazing or snowfall. Enjoy the sunset from the sit-down views, while melting away the stresses and strains of everyday life. Brand new, white vinyl, gridless Millgard sliding doors.

Backyard: Oversized and huge, the backyard has room for any outdoor activity you can think of including, in the winter, making snow angels in the snow-covered backyard which lies just a few steps down from your own shared dock.

Kitchen: Fully-equipped, remodeled Kitchen w/ travertine floors, dishes and settings for 12 persons, and all appliances; oven/range for big meals, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker and a steak knife set for your steak dinners. Amazing views of the lake through the new, gridless Millgard sliding windows above the sink. All kitchen utensils, pots and pans—you'll be hard pressed to find a better-stocked kitchen in any rental home in Big Bear! The booth seats 6-8 and has unobstructed views of the lake while eating, sipping hot cocoa or working on your laptop via wireless internet.

Bathrooms: There are two bathrooms, one on each floor. The downstairs bathroom features a tub/shower combo, dual sinks, new toilet & fixtures and newly tiled travertine floors surrounded by mahogany wainscotting. The upstairs bathroom has a shower, toilet & sink. There is a large closet for additional storage of clothes, towels or any other personal items which do not fit in the upstairs beds which each have 3 drawers beneath them.
