Looking for a cabin at the last minute, was not easy. But once I found the property and contacted the owner, everything went very well. The prompt communication, the location of the property and it's ameninities were greatly appreciated. The only thing I could not figure out was how to work the dvd player, but considering that be my only concern, I can't complain. Since it was probably just an "operator" error to begin with. I will definetely pass the word to family and friends. When I go back to Big Bear, I will highly consider renting the same cabin again. Thanks so much for a great place to stay!

This place was in horrible shape. The owner was to provide us with a partial refund but to date has refused to do so and it has been almost two months. The place is dirty, things don't work, and the owner is not responsive. While he sounds nice on the phone, this is not worth it.We may end up in small claims court over this one and seek a full refund. I strongly suggest you go somewhere where the lights all work the plumbing is in good shape, the oven works and things are clean.
