Description of the Big Bear Lake vacation cottage rental
Two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room, living room, dining room, and kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, and suppy of utensils/dishes/pots/pans. Wood burning stove (fireplace)firewood not provided, TV w/DVD-VCR (basic cable). Sunroom and deck at back of cabin with enclosed back yard.
Towels/linens/blankets provided.
Two night minimum stay required.
Maximum of 6 guests allowed (including children).
Area Information
Altitude ranges from 6,500 to 9,000 feet. There are over 300 days of sunshine each year. Summer temperatures average around 80 degrees during the day, and 45 degrees at night, with winter temperatures averaging in the low 40's during the day, and mid 20's at night.
The lake is a fresh water lake seven miles long. The average width is 1/2 mile, with a maximum depth of approximately 70 feet and over 20 miles of shoreline.
The community is full of recreational opportunities such as fishing, water sports, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, tours and winter sports. Big Bear also features a public zoo, a nine-hole golf course, public campgrounds, great restaurants, entertainment and lots of shopping.

Dogs vacation

ad a great time in this nice cabin in the Sugarloaf area.It was our dogs first trip to Big Bear.The location was perfect setting with a short walk to take the dogs to the mountains.Very cozy place with the right amount of room.Not too small and not too big.Perfect for a weekend stay.Would recommend it to other friends and family.The price was very reasonable and worth every dollar.

Stayed with friends for 2 nights. The cabin has everything you need! (dvd player, toilet paper, towels, linens, utensils, pots & pans, plates, even wine glasses!) Very cozy and ample space. The only thing is that the bed was springy... my stay was great otherwise! The owner was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommended!

I really enjoyed this vacation house. I went with a group of four students, we stayed overnight. This house is well-furnished, has all that you need. The house is small enough to give you coziness and spacious enough. Overall, really enjoyed my stay!

This is the perfect cabin to spend some relaxing time with loved ones or friends, you feel at home as soon as you arrive. Located in a quiet neighborhood away from noises and distractions; it comes with plenty of linens, kitchen utensils and all you need to make your stay enjoyable. It’s an excellent value. Great communication with the owner! I highly recommend it.

The only problem I had with this cabin is that I did not want to leave. More than ample space, towels, kitchen needs. Very cool sun room. Would recommend this cabin to anyone.

the perfect getaway!

This cabin was perfect for me and my friends for the weekend! It was close to everything we needed, not to mention Snow Summit and Bear Mtn! Right when you walk in, it feels like home. It comes fully equipped with everything we need (bedsheets, cooking pans, a dvd player, a fast working heater! etc.). The grill in the backyard was great for BBQ-ing our food, and the owner is so easy to communicate with. Overall, he made the trip exactly what we wanted by offering us such an amazing cabin for an affordable price! I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking to spend a weekend in Big Bear. I know I would certainly love to come back!
