Shopping - more than 30 stores in the immediate area offer a full range of merchandise from clothing, jewelry and art.

Snow Removal - complimentary

In the event of snowfall, your drive will be plowed by 10:00am.

On-Call Service - Complimentary

24 hour pager service in the event of, lock-out, problems and/or emergencies. Note: any services required above and beyond "common" rental issues may incur a fee.

Weekly Housekeeping Services - Complimentary

Prior to your arrival your Mountain Home will be cleaned and resupplied with toilet paper, clean linens, and fireplace kindling.

Daily Housekeeping Services - $50/per cleaning

Daily service to include, making up of beds, dishwashing and general clean-up.


Grocery Stocking - $100.00 plus groceries

We would be happy to custom stock your refrigerator prior to your arrival. Submit your shopping list 15 days prior to your arrival and your groceries will be unpacked and awaiting your arrival. Note: regional substitutions may be made for some brands. Amount of order and service fee will be deducted from your Security Deposit.

• Deposits: Booking Procedure and Terms of Payment: Upon completion of Reservation Request form a "Booking Form" will be sent to you. The "Booking Form" and proof of payment of the 40% deposit must be faxed to (XXXXXXXXXX) within 7 days of receipt or dates will not be held. Payment must then be mailed as per booking instructions. 45 days prior to arrival date a copy or proof of payment for the remaining balance must be faxed to (XXX) XXXXXXX with payment mailed as per Booking inst
   
• Other Fees: The person who signed the "Booking Form" must make any cancellations in writing via fax. Cancellation of accommodations will apply from the date of receipt. The following charges will apply. ~ More than 40 days prior to arrival date - forfeit of deposit ~ 40 - 25 calender days prior to arrival date - forfeit 50% of booking ~ 25 - 15 calender days prior to arrival date - forfeit 80% of booking ~ 15 calender days or less prior to arrival date - forfeit 100%
