Description of the Big South Fork Park vacation guesthouse rental

Small quaint cottage with one bedroom and a couch that makes a full size bed in the living room. Small front porch and back porch with a charcoal grill. All new appliances: stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes and linens, washer and dryer, electric fireplace, two satelite TVs. The original home was built in 1938 with an additional room in the late '50s. The home was the early childhood home of Clara Jo Koger Ward for which the home is named.

The house is located just a few miles from the Big South Fork Recreation Area. The house is surrounded by 6 acres of woods and pasture with a minnow pond in the back. There are several local horse riding stables nearby. It is also just a few miles from the Historic New England town of Rugby. It is about 10-12 miles from one of Tennessee's oldest wineries. It is about 6 miles from the town of Allardt, TN where the Annual Pumpkin Festival is held the first weekend of October. It is about 9 miles from Hwy 127, the center of the World's Longest Yard Sale that is held around the first of August each year.

This is a beautiful, charming, immaculate house supplied with everything you need for an overnight stay. Everything was absolutely perfect.
