Renting the unit is very simple. It is rented on a monthly, weekly, or nightly basis. Rates are as follows plus a departure cleaning fee of $55:

High season, (May 16 - Sept 8):

The lease term usually starts on the 1st of the month, and ends on the final day of the month (but it's also possible to come in at a different time). You may lease the unit for multiple months if you wish. A discount is available for a lease of 6 months or more.

A weekly lease usually starts on Friday night, but it's possible to begin at a different time.

Can you tell me more about the unit'

It is a very nice, new construction studio condo. The unit is completely furnished. The unit is larger than a hotel room. The two things that make this condo different from a hotel room are: (1) The unit has a FULL kitchen, which allows you to prepare your own meals if you wish, (2) The unit has a washer and dryer right in the unit, which gives you full laundry facilities. All appliances are available for your use. Even the smallest details are included: pots, pans, silverware, etc.

What is included in the rent'

Absolutely everything is included. All utilities are included:

* Cable television, flat screen TV

* High-speed internet is available for free beginning October 2007!

* Full use of all amenties included as well.

Is a security deposit required'

Yes, a damage deposit of $250 is collected at the time of move-in, and refunded immediately upon departure.

Are pets allowed in the unit'

Yes, pets are allowed with a pet fee of just $50. Just keep in mind that you are responsible for any damages that your pet causes to the premises.

Is smoking allowed in the unit'

No. To keep the unit desirable to everyone, we ask that you smoke outside of the unit.

What sort of payment do you accept'

Visa, Mastercard, and AMX are accepted. A certified check or money order is also accepted if desired. Certified checks must be received before you can occupy the unit.

What is the check-in and check-out time'

You can check-in as early as 3:00 PM. Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.

We really enjoyed our stay. This is a great unit. The whole condo complex is new construction. It's only a 2 minute walk to the beach, and really close to all the casinos. Very affordable too. Highly recommend!

This was a nice place. Much nicer than staying at a hotel, because it's much more private. We also got to use all the private amenities in the complex. Deep sea fishing, jet skiing, and the beach are right across the street. All the casinos are just a couple miles away.
