Come and enjoy the comforts of this brand new, ground level studio condo conveniently located to Casino Row, and directly across Beach Blvd. from our 26 miles of public beach. Enjoy volleyball, swimming, parasailing, jet skiing, and other beach activities just a couple of minutes away.

This condo is professionally decorated, will accommodate four comfortably, and all furnishings are brand new. A high definition flat screen t.v/DVD player is available for your viewing pleasure, along with a complete kitchen package, including cookware, dishware, full size microwave oven, full size refrigerator w/ice maker, small appliances, and new smooth top range. Deluxe linens and towels are provided as well. The property itself also offers two large swimming pools, a children's playground area, and BBQ/grilling area adjacent to it. Convenient parking is available directly in front of your unit.

Area Description

The redecorated Treasure Bay Casino is located just one mile away. The popular Casino Row is only 3 miles to the east. Public transportation beginning at 5 a.m. is available for those casino goers who do not wish to drive. The Gulfport/Biloxi International airport is covneniently located just 15 minutes away.

While on your stay here, enjoy water parks, historic districts, museums, art galleries, the famous Shearwater pottery, sidewalk cafes and bistros, unique one of a kind boutiques, water activities, fishing, boating, schooner trips, or a trip to Ship Island and historic Ft. Massachusetts. Ride the roller coaster at Jazzland Theme park 45 minutes away, or make a day trip of visiting the French Quarter, the Audubon Zoo, and the aquarium in New Orleans. Historic Mobile, just 50 miles east, offers many attractions as well.
