For the month of November we are reducing our nightly and weekly stay to $99 a night!! Or one week for $550 ! Two night minimum stay :)

Description of the Bingham vacation cabin rental

Newer cabin in the heart of Maine's best recreation area. Snowmobiling, Skiing, Atving, White Water Rafting, Hunting and Fishing are right outside our door! You will relax in our fully stocked cabin, with conveniences like; washer dryer, stove, microwave, 32" tv in the living area and a tv in the master bedroom with dish network, plenty of games for those rainy days, grill on a 24ft deck. The cabin is approx 1,000 sq ft that sleeps 8 comfortably; 6 twin beds in the spacious loft and a queen bed in the master bedroom. 2 sliders in the living area give way to beautiful views that reach 25 miles or more. Just installed, Dish Network!! Outdoor firepit for cooking or relaxing while you enjoy the views! The Forks are only 15 miles down the road. Lake and river fishing are 5 minutes down the road along with hunting and white water rafting. Park the snowmobile right out front and you're gone!!! Houston Falls are a short 10 minute drive and absolutely beautiful with swimming holes!! Both snowmobile and ATV trails from this area lead right to Canada. ATTENTION: THIS CABIN IS ON THE SIDE OF A SMALL MOUNTAIN, IF TRAVELING IN THE SUMMER OR WINTER TIME, YOU WILL NEED 4 WHEEL DRIVE TO GET TO THE CABIN, Hence the view :) Thanks :)!

CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY:
- 50% deposit is required with your reservation.
- Remaining balance is due by 14 days prior to your stay.
- Deposit becomes non-refundable 14 days prior to your stay. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival are refundable less a $30 charge card processing fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable unless the cabin can be rented to another party for the same date(s).
- Reservations made within 14 days of arrival require payment in full.
- No refunds for early departures.
- Additional repair/replacement or cleaning charges will result from damage, thefts, or smoking

• Deposits: A security deposit of $200 is needed and will be refunded within one week after checkout, or as soon as it is confirmed that the cabin was left in good shape:)
   
• Other Fees: Your dog is welcome!! But a fee of $10 per day will be required (much cheaper than a kennel, and they will be happier too:)All we ask is that you dispose of the poop and make sure bathroom visits are away form the cabin :)
